– Firstly, you should make a backup copy of your project, for yourself.
– Export your track, as it is right now. It will help me to understand your intention and serves me as a reference.
– For the stems, each individual tracks :
– I like to have the same track with and without FX, especially for tracks with sound design on it. But I need the one without effects (EQs, compressors, reverbs, …).
– one track = one sound (if there is more than one kick, so there will be more than one kick stem, etc … )
– stems should be named
– not normalized (to preserve your balance)
– export from zero to the end of the track
– export at the same sample rate and bit depth than the session. (ex : *.wav at 44.1kHz / 24bits)
– if you know how to, you could create an archive of the stems folder (mac : right clic > Compress)
– upload it to Wetransfer, Dropbox, Google drive, … and send me the link to the files.
